The hotel is situated on a quiet lane. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with fine bathrooms. the staff is very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is of good quality with a balanced menu and quality ingredients. the facilities include a wellness center with carbon dioxide bath and salt grotto.

The hotel charges for parking , but this is a minor inconvenience considering the quality of service and facilities offered at the establishment.

Nice, clean and well furnished rooms. The same goes for the bathroom, which is quite big. The staff was very helpful.

The beds are too soft for my needs, but maybe someone would appreciate it.

The staff wasn't very helpful or friendly, and our romantic escape didn't turn out to be as memorable as we had hoped. The spa amenities were also quite limited, and the overall experience felt lacking.

It had a variety of services available including a swimming pool. I was glad when I asked for the gym even though the sign said until 22:00 and the person on duty was accommodating even after 01:30. Very few spoke English, but they were still very courteous. The Hotel Manager was fluent in English and was truly a "people person" and made me feel welcome. The food was delicious. At dinner I ordered a steak, salad, and tea. I even asked for spinach and the meal came in a timely manner. I enjoyed the decorative placements of plates and napkins, etc... The majority spoke German and I am bilingual with Spanish. Even if there was a little bit of a language barrier, I felt very welcomed by all the staff. The morning of the Check Out, the Breakfast Buffet had much variety and it was very good. I will visit again because I enjoyed myself. The value for the money was excellent.
